I love food and I love eating. My aim is to make at least one ‘interesting’ type dinner per week, and write about it. By ‘interesting’ I mean a dinner that either requires ingredients I haven’t used (much) before or a dish that at least vaguely looks like it could have been ordered in a restaurant.
